1. Organiser and Event

Organiser: GOOD GAME INDUSTRY S.R.L., {ADRESA}, J2020003631405, CUI 42386757, contact@bestlanparty.ro.

Event: Best LAN Party 2026, a gaming, esports and electronic music gathering.

Venue: HALO Events Center, B-dul Expozitiei, Romexpo Entrance C, Bucharest.

Date and schedule: 6 June 2026, 10:00 - 04:00 (Romanian time, EEST).

2. Access conditions

Entry is reserved exclusively for:

  • persons aged 18 or over on the date of the Event;
  • holders of a valid (electronic or physical) ticket with an unused code;
  • presentation of a valid ID document (national ID card, passport).

Entrance staff check the ticket and the ID document at the same time. Refusal to present the ID document is treated as refusal of entry, with no refund of the ticket.

Tickets are bought either online via livetickets.ro, or at the HALO Events Center box office, subject to availability, with cash (RON) or by card.

Tickets become nominative through the link with the ID document at entry. Resale is not allowed without the Organiser's written consent.

3. Wristband and re-entry

On entry, each participant receives a unique sealed wristband. The wristband allows re-entry to the venue during the Event.

The wristband cannot be transferred, unsealed or physically tampered with. Any wristband that is undone, cut or modified is void.

Loss, damage or breakage of the wristband means losing the right to re-enter. The Organiser does not issue duplicates.

4. Prohibited items

The following are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

  • narcotics, psychoactive substances or any product banned by law;
  • alcohol, drinks or food brought from outside - licensed bars and food trucks operate inside;
  • firearms, edged weapons, sharp or blunt items or any object usable as a weapon;
  • pyrotechnic items, fireworks, smoke bombs, lasers, tear gas or irritant sprays, flammable liquids;
  • chains, spiked accessories, flags/banners on rigid poles;
  • animals, except service dogs accompanying persons with disabilities, under the conditions of the law;
  • glass bottles, glass containers, tin cans;
  • professional photo/video equipment (DSLR with interchangeable lenses, professional video cameras, drones) without prior written approval from the Organiser - see section 7;
  • BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) - participants do not bring their own computers; gaming stations are provided by the Organiser and partners.

Security staff may carry out visual and technical checks at the entrance, within the limits of the law. Refusal of the check means refusal of entry.

5. Services on site

The cloakroom is offered free of charge for the duration of the Event, for ordinary personal items. The Organiser is not liable for valuables left in the cloakroom (cash, jewellery, expensive electronics). For these items we recommend you keep them with you.

Licensed bars and food trucks operate inside. Payments inside are made through a top-up card system (pre-loaded with cash or by card). You can pick up and top up your card at the dedicated desk in the venue.

Alcoholic drinks are served only to persons of legal age. Bar staff may request the ID document.

6. Participant conduct

The participant agrees:

  • to follow the instructions of the staff and law enforcement;
  • not to disturb other participants, not to provoke altercations, not to engage in discriminatory or violent behaviour;
  • not to damage venue property, furniture, gaming equipment, audio-video installations; any damage will be borne by the person causing it;
  • to comply with hygiene and safety rules of the venue, including evacuation routes and emergency instructions.

Failure to follow the rules above allows the Organiser and the security team to remove the participant from the venue, with no refund of the ticket and without exempting the participant from liability for any damages caused.

7. Photo / video at the Event

During the Event, the Organiser and authorised third parties take photographs and video for the promotion of the current and future editions of Best LAN Party, for press materials and for the Organiser's and partners' social media.

By buying a ticket and entering the venue, the participant acknowledges that they may appear in atmosphere photo/video materials and waives any financial claim for the use of such materials for the above purposes. This processing is based on the Organiser's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For materials in which the participant appears in close-up, identifiable beyond a general crowd/atmosphere image, the Organiser will request explicit consent (online or on site).

The participant has the right to request the Organiser to remove an image in which they appear identifiable, by writing to contact@bestlanparty.ro. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Professional photo/video equipment (DSLR with interchangeable lenses, professional video cameras, drones, streaming gear intended for publication on third-party channels) is allowed only with prior written approval, requested at contact@bestlanparty.ro. Participants may freely use mobile phones and "point-and-shoot" cameras, with respect for other participants and without using the flash in areas where it would disturb the competitions.

8. Competitions - general fair-play rules

Gaming competitions (CS2, EAFC26, GeoGuessr and others announced on the Site) are open exclusively to persons who have registered in advance through their bestlanparty.ro account and who hold a valid Event ticket.

Participants must:

  • not use cheat software, exploits, automation scripts, unauthorised modifications of the game client, hardware macro devices or any similar method of gaining unfair advantage;
  • follow the announced schedule and format;
  • follow the decisions of the referees and competition organising staff;
  • not swap places with another person and not let a third party play in their stead.

Breach of fair-play rules leads to immediate disqualification, loss of any prizes and, where appropriate, removal from the venue.

The specific rules of each competition (scoring, elimination format, prizes, tie-breakers) are published on the Site before the start.

9. Returns, cancellations, postponements

For tickets purchased through livetickets.ro, the livetickets.ro terms apply in full: show tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal at distance, in accordance with art. 16 letter l) of GEO no. 34/2014, and in case of cancellation/postponement of the Event refunds are made in accordance with the livetickets.ro policy and the Organiser's decision. For such requests, contact livetickets.ro directly.

For tickets bought at the Event entrance, in case of total cancellation of the Event before its start, the ticket value is refunded on request within 30 days.

In case of postponement, the ticket remains valid for the announced new date.

10. Force majeure and fortuitous events

Pursuant to art. 1351 Civil Code, the Organiser is not liable for the impossibility of holding the Event under conditions of force majeure or a fortuitous event (disasters, decisions of public authorities, prolonged utility outages, cyberattacks, extreme weather etc.). Section 9 applies in such cases.

11. Liability and limits

The participant enters and moves about the venue at their own risk, following the instructions of the staff.

The Organiser takes reasonable safety measures (on-site medical team, licensed security, cloakroom staff). However, the Organiser is not liable for:

  • loss or damage of valuables left in the cloakroom or unattended in other areas;
  • damage caused by the participant's own conduct or by third parties, including altercations between participants;
  • consequences of excessive alcohol consumption by the participant.

The Organiser's contractual liability towards any participant may not exceed the price of the ticket purchased, within the limits permitted by law. This does not exempt liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Organiser's rights

The Organiser reserves the right:

  • to change the schedule, the artistic line-up, the competition format or other Event details, by announcing the changes on the Site;
  • to refuse access to anyone who does not meet the conditions in section 2 or who shows clear signs of aggression, intoxication or danger to others;
  • to remove from the venue participants who breach the rules, with no refund of the ticket;
  • to cooperate with law enforcement in case of acts with possible criminal relevance.

13. Personal data and images

The processing of personal data in connection with Event access and participation (including ticket validation, photo/video, recording of incidents) is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to contact@bestlanparty.ro. We respond within 30 days at most.

The following are available, as appropriate: the ANPC SAL procedure (https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/), the ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the ordinary courts at the Organiser's registered office.

For personal data matters, ANSPDCP is competent (see Privacy Policy, section 9).

15. Final provisions

These Rules are governed by Romanian law and complement the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If any provision is declared null, the rest of the Rules remain in force.

The Organiser may update the Rules. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the date of the Event.
