1. What cookies are
A "cookie" is a small text file sent by the Site to your browser and stored locally. Cookies allow the Site to remember information about your visit - from simple preferences (language, signed-in session) to statistical and advertising metrics. We also use similar technologies (web storage, pixels, identifiers) governed by the same rules.
2. Legal framework
We use cookies in accordance with:
- art. 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector, requiring prior consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary;

- the guidelines of ANSPDCP and of the European Data Protection Board.

4. How consent is obtained
On the first Site visit we display a consent banner allowing you to:
- accept all categories;
- reject all non-necessary categories;
- manage each category individually.
Refusal does not block access to the Site's content. Until a choice is made, no non-essential cookies are activated.
5. How to withdraw or change consent
- Re-open the cookies banner via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page;
- delete cookies in your browser - this triggers the banner again on the next visit;
- block cookies at the browser level - see section 6;
- provider-specific opt-out: Google Analytics opt-out https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, Google Ads (ad settings) https://adssettings.google.com, Network Advertising Initiative https://optout.networkadvertising.org, YourOnlineChoices (EU) https://www.youronlineadvertisingchoices.eu.
6. Browser settings
All modern browsers allow you to manage cookies:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data;
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and Site Data;
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy;
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may break Site functionality (e.g., account login).
7. International transfers
Analytics and marketing cookie providers (Google LLC) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Details in the Privacy Policy, section 7.
8. Your rights
In relation to data collected through cookies, the GDPR rights apply (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent). To exercise them, see the Privacy Policy, sections 9 and 10.
9. Changes
The policy may be updated at every cookie audit or whenever third-party tools change. The applicable version is the one published on the Site.
